FORM AND PERFORMANCE: SPATIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTIGATIONS
Master level studio | One semester
This project develops a well-defined and cohesive solution to both the acoustic and light re-
quirements, realized through spatial and structural form that also fully satisfies prerequisites
for architectural function and structural logic. The spatial trusses in steel have curved surfaces
along both axes and thus offer surface forms and material properties that enable both acoustic
reflection and absorption, in addition to admitting daylight in appropriate quantities while
having the desired quality.
