The overall picture is that those who are in most need of support are
also those granted Assistance Benefit. Likewise, most of those who
lost their entitlement to Assistance Benefit received support from the
municipality instead. There are a few people who are neither granted
services from SoL- nor LSS Act after losing entitlement to Assistance
Benefit. However, in many cases, this outcome is to be expected as
the entitlement was lost due to, for example, full rehabilitation,
hospitalisation, or misconduct.
