My Medicine
is a Service Design project, with an application
as the main delivery. It aims to reduce medication errors and
increase medicine adherence by giving the user more control
over their medication. By bringing a mobile phone to appoint-
ments, every part of the health services will receive the same
and correct information about a patient’s medicine and
treatment.
