ISF recommends
the Agency to improve the guidelines in the assessment of
the parental responsibility, by developing an instrument that
is more helpful in the assessment, for example according to a
tested classification system of the type ICF-CY,
the Agency to further develop the routines of documentation
of the assessment of parental responsibility to improve the
transparency,
the government to let review the legal regulation of parental
responsibility.
