Flight 2020 was developed as a study to test whether a physical model could support and
encourage a strategic dialogue with a company leader, and provide the necessary insight and
understanding about a given future scenario for 2020. The model should give added value to a
one hour meeting, and work as a driving force in the conversation.
Flight 2020 is based upon a journey from 2013 to 2020, where the company has to structure
their existing customers into groups and guide them into the future. On the way, drivers for
the scenario are evaluated as challenges or opportunities, and new offers are created to tempt
the customers to follow through. Internal changes might have to be added to be able to offer
the customers what they are promised.
