          Working as research assistants for a PhD project, the students
        
        
          created a draft of a Brand Experience Manual for Telenor.
        
        
          The idea was to understand and communicate to internal and
        
        
          new service development teams what brand experience Tel-
        
        
          enor should delivery through its services. Through a lengthy
        
        
          analysis of the Telenor’s brand and touch points, the students
        
        
          came up with a concept called Inspiring, based on 5 ingredi-
        
        
          ents (Competence, History, Visionary, Engaged and Personal),
        
        
          that would help to deliver the core experience.
